About me and my approach
My name Patrycja Bracik
I’m a psychologist and yoga teacher supporting people who feel they live “in between” — between countries, emotions, roles, and stages of life.
I graduated in Psychology from SWPS University and completed the Environmental Therapy Course at the CBT Centre in Warsaw, as well as a Yoga Teacher Training in India, certified by Yoga Alliance.
Additionally, I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the Medical University of Warsaw and a Master’s in International Business Management from Metropolitan University in Manchester.
Did all these experiences lead me to the place where I know I want to work with people in transition? Absolutely.
Cultural differences have always felt natural to me, which is why I have lived in Poland, the UK, and the USA. I’m convinced that not only academic knowledge, but also the experiences I gained through my own process of change allow me to understand you better and offer the support you truly need.
I work with adults aged 20–50 who seek calm, clarity, direction, and a sense of inner grounding. I believe change begins within, not in theory — which is why I combine psychology with body-based practices. My work is rooted in psychology while weaving in breathwork, mindfulness, and body awareness.
My work combines:
• migration psychology and the experience of living “in between”
• working with identity and meaning
• nervous system regulation (breathwork + yoga + body-based work)
• mindfulness-based methods
• reflective, non-judgmental dialogue
My aim is to create a space where you don’t have to be strong — you can simply be.
In my work, I focus on building a genuine therapeutic relationship — without judgment, in an atmosphere of trust, acceptance, and safety. I believe this kind of space becomes the foundation for discovering your own resources, identity, and possibilities.
Each session is a shared journey — one where I accompany you in understanding yourself, your emotions, needs, and patterns. Together we look for solutions that align with you and your values. I care about helping you reconnect with your inner strength, needs, and authenticity.
I invite you to this process — in a safe therapeutic relationship that can become the beginning of real change.
Why I work online
Online work can be the best and most supportive choice for people who need support.
Online psychological work offers flexibility that we often need the most — especially when we live in motion, go through periods of change, or live abroad. You don’t have to organise your entire day around an appointment, worry about commuting, or deal with logistics. You can focus on what truly matters — yourself.
Online sessions allow continuity of the process, regardless of where you are at the moment. Changing your place of living, travelling, or having an unstable schedule doesn’t have to mean interrupting your work on yourself. You can be in different countries, cities, and life stages — while the support remains consistent.
Working online means that:
it’s easier to adjust sessions to your daily rhythm,
you avoid additional stress related to commuting,
you don’t put yourself “on hold” when plans change,
you receive the same quality of care without leaving your home.
No matter where you live or where you are staying temporarily, you can continue to take care of yourself, your emotions, and your difficulties. Psychological work doesn’t have to wait for a “better moment.”
If you feel that you need support — don’t postpone yourself.
Take care of yourself, right where you are. Today.
