Breathwork is one of the most effective ways to regulate emotions, reduce stress, and regain a sense of control when you’re overwhelmed, tense, or disconnected from your body.

During each session, I tailor the techniques to your sensitivity, your level of activation, and your intention for the practice (calming / focus / grounding / releasing tension).

This package was created for one reason: a single session can bring relief, but only a process helps you build new habits, regulate emotions more sustainably, and feel more confident in your body.

Why three sessions?

  • we need time to understand your needs (every nervous system reacts differently),

  • the body learns through repetition, not one-off interventions,

  • together we choose the right practice instead of “doing something blindly,”
