Breathwork is one of the most effective ways to regulate emotions, reduce stress, and regain a sense of control when you’re overwhelmed, tense, or disconnected from your body.
During each session, I tailor the techniques to your sensitivity, your level of activation, and your intention for the practice (calming / focus / grounding / releasing tension).
This package was created for one reason: a single session can bring relief, but only a process helps you build new habits, regulate emotions more sustainably, and feel more confident in your body.
Why three sessions?
we need time to understand your needs (every nervous system reacts differently),
the body learns through repetition, not one-off interventions,
together we choose the right practice instead of “doing something blindly,”
comfort and familiarity usually come after the second or third meeting.
