Yoga in a private setting gives you something regular group classes often cannot:

In my work, yoga is not about perfection or performance — it’s about grounding, releasing tension, reconnecting with your body, and finding a sense of inner steadiness when life feels chaotic or uncertain.

The pace, intensity, and style are always adjusted to how you arrive that day.

What to expect during a 1:1 session:

  • gentle grounding and nervous system regulation,

  • mindful movement adapted to your mobility, needs, and experience,

  • breath-led sequencing that helps you soften tension,

  • elements of somatic awareness: noticing patterns, releasing stress stored in the body,

  • closing practice (breathwork or guided relaxation).

Each session is designed to help you feel more stable, calm, and connected — without forcing or pushing your limits.

This package is designed to give you time to settle into the practice, understand your body’s needs, and build consistency.

One session can feel good — but three help you:

  • get to know what your body responds to,

  • build familiarity and comfort,

  • create an internal sense of safety and trust in movement,

  • experience deeper, more sustainable changes in your nervous system.

You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced.

 Why yoga + breathwork work so well together

Yoga softens the body so the breath can move more freely. Asanas are there to open the energy and provide stillness that can be used during relaxing state.
Breath regulates the nervous system so the body can release tension.
